New AIS Help Desk System

Tired of waiting on the line just to request letter?
Lazy to come to campus just to request an official letter?
Unsatisfied with the answer every time you ask?

Introducing new AIS help desk system. Using this system student may create a ticket to:

  1. Request for an official letter by UTM AIS.
  2. Ask questions about academic matters (coursework & research) directly to the Academic Coordinator.
  3. Ask about general enquiries about your studies (e.g. requirements for a program, information about AIS event, etc)

all can be done anytime, anywhere!

Just go to “Help Desk” on the right sidebar at UTM AIS home page.
